0);">严格登记审查，对登记使用性质为危险货物运输、公路客运、旅游客运车辆的，公安交管部门与交通运输部门联网核查运输资质，加强部门协同，严格规范管理。</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">严格嫌疑调查，对机动车登记发现车辆涉嫌非法生产、拼装、改装、被盗抢骗等嫌疑的，公安交管部门启动调查程序，严格追究违法违规责任。</span></p><p 0);"><strong>一是推行学法减分措施。</strong>对参加道路交通安全法律、法规和相关知识学习且经考试合格，或者参加公安交管部门组织的交通安全公益活动，符合扣减记分条件的，可以从已累积记分中扣减记分，一个记分周期内最高可扣减6分。学法减分将坚持公开透明、程序公正、严格监督，实现记分管理与教育引导相结合。</span></p><p style="line-height: 0);"><strong>二是优化调整记分分值。</strong>在保持对酒后驾驶、交通肇事致人伤亡后逃逸、使用伪造变造牌证等严重妨碍交通安全的交通违法行为管理力度的前提下，降低了部分交通违法行为记分分值，删除了驾车未放置检验标志、保险标志等交通违法行为记分。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span 2em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">二是加强事中事后监管。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">推广应用全国统一的公安交管业务监管系统，加强对交管业务全链条、全过程、全方位监督，对违规异常问题及时预警、及时核查、及时处置。</span></p><p
