#000000;">人民日益增长的美好生活需要是创文工作的目标导向。近年来，我县把全国文明城市创建工作纳入全县经济社会发展的总体目标，与经济发展、城市建设和社会进步统筹部署推进，不断加大城市绿化、净化、亮化、文化和美化的投入力度，持续改善城乡居民人居环境。在全县范围内整治黑臭河道31条，有序推进整治背街小巷106条，改造提升中联、香檀等35个老旧小区，建成生活垃圾分类小区82个，新增城镇公共绿地1260公顷，新建改造国家一类卫生间157座。并先后建成安徒生童话乐园、市民中心、杂技艺术中心、日月岛康养旅游度假区等一批合民意、惠民生的实事工程，系统化创建提优城乡硬件基础，展现小城新形象，擦亮“有爱射阳”的城市名片。</span></p><section
