font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Helvetica Neue, PingFang SC, Hiragino Sans GB, Microsoft YaHei UI, Microsoft YaHei, Arial, sans-serif; letter-spacing: 1px; text-align: justify;"> </span>据交汇点记者了解，在国内沈阳、河北、广东等地暴发的新冠肺炎疫情中，也曾都多次进行了大规模核酸检测，特别是高风险地区甚至开展了多轮全员核酸检测。比如今年1月8日，沈阳市新增1例本土新冠肺炎确诊病例，该病例隔离期间无发热，5次核酸检测结果均为阴性，最后2次血清抗体检查才呈为阳性，结合患者临床体征，经省级医疗专家组会诊，诊断为新冠肺炎确诊病例。1月14日河北新增确诊病例中，有一例6次核酸检测均为阴性，第7次检测才呈现阳性。浙江宁波也有一确诊病例，直到第6次核酸检测才呈阳性，等等，这样例子不胜枚举。</section><section style="line-height: 2em; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Helvetica Neue, PingFang SC, Hiragino Sans GB, Microsoft YaHei UI, Microsoft YaHei, Arial, sans-serif; letter-spacing: 1px; text-align: justify;"> </span>专家提醒说，虽然目前疫情形势日益趋于稳定、好转，但在防控举措上仍然不能有任何侥幸心理，仍要坚持不串门、不聚集、不聚餐、不扎堆。确实需要出门时，要科学做好个人防护，但也不要过度，如戴N95口罩、穿防护服等，天气炎热反而可能引发中暑。还有过度消毒（比如用消毒剂喷全身）也没有必要。要做好手卫生，科学佩戴口罩，居室要常开窗通风，做好日常清洁，注意个人卫生，保证营养充足。三伏天不能贪凉，空调温度不要太低、更不要对着空调吹风。宅家也不要熬夜，要保证睡眠质量，提高自身免疫力。如出现发热、干咳、乏力、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、肌痛、腹泻等症状，第一时间联系社区管理人员到附近医院发热门诊就诊，全程佩戴口罩，不乘坐公共交通工具，与他人保持一米以上距离。</section><section style="line-height: 2em;
