思想的滑坡也导致用权的任性,工作中我习惯独断专行,听不进不同意见,把副职不放在眼里,越权越位,缺乏纪律规矩意识、缺少敬畏之心,该集体研究决定的事项经常一人说了算,有时即便集体研究也是走走形式。违反财经纪律将自己和单位各种不能报支的费用都放在违规设立的渣土公司报支。对下属分亲疏搞小圈子,凡是圈子里的人优先提拔使用,对他们逢年过节送的钱物来者不拒。上梁不正下梁歪,下属单位的一名负责人因贪污挪用被查处,我有不可推卸的责任。
