2em;">无损探伤设备制造产业已成为我县极具潜力的特色产业之一，被纳入江苏省、盐城市沿海产业规划。我县制定出台《关于推进无损设备制造特色产业基地建设若干规定》，鼓励和招引无损探伤企业入驻射阳县高新科技创业园；成立无损探伤行业协会，有力推动企业开展技术交流合作、分享管理经验、加强自律，实现企业集群化发展；建立射阳无损探伤行业网站，规范企业经营行为，扩大产业的知名度；聘请江苏省工程咨询中心编制《射阳县高新科技创业园智能装备产业规划》，明确无损探伤产业的发展方向。组织专业招商队伍，实施产业定位招商，推动产业集聚发展，苏州市昆山苏磁无损检测设备制造有限公司、上海磁东探伤设备制造有限公司等全国各地的探伤企业纷纷落户我县。目前，全县探伤产业现有生产企业50多家，其中规模以上企业26家、国家高新技术企业8家，拥有上下游关联企业近百家，形成含磁粉、荧光、涡流、相控阵、核电检测等完整产业链，上下游配套完善、纵横向发展完备的特色产业化基地，全县探伤产业年产值超亿元的企业5家，磁粉探伤产品市场占有率占全国的84.5%，并实现部分产品出口。</span></span></p><p 0);">近年来，我县鼓励和支持探伤企业建立技术研发中心、科研工作站、重点工程实验室等研发机构，加强新产品新技术研发、申请专利、申报各类科技项目，提高企业创新能力和核心竞争力。目前，有6家企业技术中心被认定为省级技术中心或工程技术研究中心，85项产品或工艺获国家专利，其中发明专利25件。赛福公司还参与国家行业标准的制定。探伤企业积极与国内知名高校、科研院所开展产学研合作，加强核心技术攻关、科技成果引进与转化，提高企业发展水平。赛福公司与中科院姚建铨院士合作，建立市级院士工作站，研发的TH2非金属无损检测项目填补了国内空白，并成功实施国家发改委的产业化工程项目。无损检测研究所与中国铁检所合作、智能公司与大连理工合作，目前，园区已有近20家探伤企业与高等院校和科研院所建立了常态化的合作交流机制，与北京交通大学、南京理工大学合作建立公共技术服务平台，完成科技成果转化12项，研发新技术、新产品240多项。</span></p><p
